Wow, do you believe that the 2007 Linsner/Hopkins Tour begins in just over a month? I don't! Jinkies!
What you may not have been 100% clear on, is the fabulousness that awaits those of you lucky enough to be planning to attend Seattle's Emerald City Comic*Con. Not only will you be treated to GREAT guests, such as Terry Moore, David Mack, Frank Cho & Adam Hughes (& me & Joe), BUT - the 2007 Linsner Tour Prints will be making their official debut there.
That's right kiddies - both the smokin' "Ivory Lotus" art, & Dawn fan favorite "Purple Rose" will be available as exclusive Tour Prints, for the first time in Seattle. These prints are for sale at convention appearances only until after the 2007 Tour Season is over. & since Emerald City is our first show this year, & our only one in that great Northwest - well, I'm just sayin', ya better be there to get yours.
Both prints are 11" x 17" . The Dawn print will be signed by Joe, & Ivory by both of us.
It's gonna be one good time. Hope to see a lotta you Northwest people there! Come support a great-lookin' show with a fine mix of indie & mainstream talent.

| | | Hey, check out the pix above - I swapped out "Purple Rose" (w/ the grey background, as she will appear on the back cover of the artbook) with - the purple, Purple Rose - the way she will appear on the 2007 Dawn Tour Print.
I think that hint of color in the background looks tres snazzy. Man, I can't believe Joe & I'll be leaving for Seattle in a month & change..! Look out West Coast!

I liked it with the grey, but with the purple, wow! I think it makes it "pop" more. (And plus I love purple )You know I will be getting both of these when I see you all in Pittsburgh! Have fun on the West Coast!

I thought there was something different about that picture!!! Purple looks GREAT! Can't wait to get my hands on those babies!

| | | Now that we finally get to see the finished versions, they both rock ever so hard.
BUT - I know I am biased here - I think the Dark Ivory one rocks a leetle bit harder. "This print goes all the way to 11!"
I know I will be in the minority with that opinion - we all adore Purple Rose. But I'm so proud of that thing, it's freakin' gorgeous, already. Thanks Joe! She kicks ass!
