Email has had some sporadic trouble over the past few days.
Webmaster Greg Hinkle has been working hard to get all the
technical glitches cleared up. Cheers Greg, and thanks to all of
you for your patience while Linsner.com changes it server. All
systems should be a go at this time.

Big store update! We've added 10 new digital prints, a complete array of the new action figures, both the limited and regular editions of Three Tiers 2, and some back issues of Crypt of Dawn! Point Man Zeke discovered a supply of back issues of the series, issues 2-6. We're selling them individually and as a set, so if you're looking to fill some holes in your collection, look no further. Linsner.com has a limited supply of the action figures, especially the variants, so please don't wait as they are selling fast everywhere.

The costumes, as always, were fabulous and the contestants awe-inspiring. Let's give all the girls a big virtual round of applause.

Contest News Flash From Office Goddess!
My sincere apologies for the lateness of this news flash.
Dragon*Con is right around the corner, and that means the Dawn
Lookalike Contest is almost upon us. I've received some Email
asking for clarification for the categories JML has added. I think
they're pretty self-explanatory by name, but allow me to try to
clarify, below:
Best Adapted Costume - Obviously, this means, best and most
faithful recreation of an outfit right from the pages of Dawn - or
from a print, poster, whatever. No detail is too small for our
judges: one year, one contestant placed over another because of a
small embellishment on her shoes.
Best Original Costume - Best costume that is created by the
contestant, inspired by the general look and styles of Dawn. There
are some things that always appear in conjunction with Dawn -
chains, roses, those famous three tears. So, this category is
where folks take a pinch of armor, a smidge of Victoria's Secret,
throw it into a blender with maybe an angel wing or two, and come
up with their own interpretation of the Goddess.
Best Theatrical Presentation - This is pretty self-explanatroy,
but: Can ya tap dance? Sing? Do a dramatic reading of
Shakespeare? And, can you make that talent relate to your
apperance as Dawn? Challenging, no? (I'm waiting to see the first
dramatic reading between a Dawn and Darrian of actual JML prose,
myself.)
These three sub-categories are in addition to the Grand Prize of
$1,000.00, which will go to the Goddess who best embodies and
represents the spirit and essence of Dawn, overall. There will
also be second and third place contestants as well.
The prize packages for the 2nd & 3rd place contestants, as well as
the new categories, will be provided by Linsner.com. They will be
really good packages of Dawn merchandise, specifics TBA before
showtime.
We added the extra catergories for fun! We want more women to be
able to win. But as always, each and every entrant to the contest
will receive a JML goodie pack of some sort. (We're working on
deciding what that is right now.)
Joe, Eva and Zeke are excited to be about a week away from
showtime! We'll see all you goddesses in Atlanta, on Sat. August
30th.
MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER EARLY. Last year, they had closed off
registration by some very early hour - 3 p.m. day of the contest,
or something. So, don't be late!

The Dawn Lookalike Contest page has been updated, and not a moment too soon! The Sixth Annual Dawn Lookalike Contest will be held at Dragon-con, Atlanta, GA on Saturday, August 30st, 2003. First prize is $1000 smackeroos! Other spiffy prizes are involved as well. All goddesses are invited to participate and strut their stuff.

The regular and limited editions of Three Tiers 1 are now both available here in the Linsner.com store! Both run 32 pages and the limited version features an elegant Art Nouveau style cover painting exclusive to this edition as well as a hand-numbered certificate of authenticity. Hey out there! Team Linsner has been hard and work and Point Man Zeke has made quite a find! He's found several older items that we've put in the store, but these items are all pretty limited and once they're gone, they're gone, so don't delay. If you never got a Dawn Mug, Big Face Poster, t-shirt, or the Numan Concert Shirt, now is the time to buy!
We've also added the awesome new Angry Christ Hardcover to the store, as well as the limited edition of only 1500. As if that wasn't enough hardcover goodness, the Return of the Goddess hardcover is also now available.
And just cause we all love you guys SOOOOO much and know how much you love the prints, 10 more have been added as well. You can also now buy the print of JML's terrific cover to Three Tiers 1's limited edition.

Marvel has also posted JML's covers to issues 2, 3, and and 4 of Mystique. Hot stuff!

Its here! The Dawn 2003 Convention Sketchbook is now available in the Linsner.com store, in both regular and limited editions, as well as a set of both versions! The limited edition is signed, numbered, and has its own certificate of authenticity! We've also added some other items, including a new reader's set of issues 1-4 of Return of the Goddess, a reader's trade paperback set that includes the Lucifer's Halo and ROTG trades, and prices on several items including the Cry for Dawn Portfolio have been slashed.
In other news, JML's very first published work, the near mythic the St. George Was Wrong Poster, is now available here at a very reasonable price! So if you've been wanting one of these very rare beauts, wait no longer. Thanks to the organizational efforts of Team Linsner's Point Man Zeke, a stash of these were found, and in pristine condition no less. But they won't last long and after the supply is exhausted, that's it.
And in yet more news, some of you have inquired about the new Mystique ongoing series from Marvel. Issue #1 goes on sale April 23rd with a totally fab cover by JML. Writer Brian K. Vaughan and penciler Jorge Lucas, and of course JML would appreciate it if you picked up this slick espionage tale.

Thank you to all who helped make the Artbook Remarque Edition a success! We've recieved concerned emails from some purchasers, wondering if their order had been lost in the shuffle. Rest assured that your books have NOT been forgotten, or pushed by the wayside. Approximately half have already been completed and mailed, and JML is currently working on the other half. Since they are all custom jobs and feature large (not to mention beautifully detailed) art, they can't all be made in an afternoon, nor would anyone like them to be. JML is committed to providing each one the attention that it deserves, and would like to personally thank everyone who bought a remarque.
Thanks for your patience, and trust us that the wait will be worth it!
